1st Line Application Support Analyst

We have an excellent opportunity for an IT enthusiast to join a great team supporting an international product.

With a strong customer service focussed background including excellent communication skills, the successful candidate will be able to provide good customer relationship management working closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

Skills required:

A keen interest in IT as evidenced by:

  • a strong motivation to stay abreast of technical advances
  • a drive towards continual self-development

You will also be able to demonstrate and interest or experience of:

  • Working to SLAs and call management procedures
  • Web technologies and how basic web applications work
  • Software development or scripting
  • Various web browsers and plug-ins e.g live HTTP headers
  • Linux command line
  • ITIL Service Management Essential foundation certificate or working knowledge of ITIL
